EMVE Casepacker CP 505

Description

EMVE LogoEMVE’s Model CP 505 Casepacker is designed for packing small bags (up to 8lbs) into boxes or cases.

The basic machine is compact; L = 6.6 ft x W = 3.25 ft. Capacities up to 60 bags per minute depending on the bags, product and box. The bags are automatically placed in a pattern into boxes 24” x 16”. The bags are placed in different numbers, rows, and layers for optimal filling. Control systems with very user-friendly operator panel for selection of different programs.

Folding up and control of handles and correctly erected IFCO, leveling shaker, and printer are available options. The infeed conveyor from packing machine and further transport to palletizing can be provided.

For larger bags, Model CP 515 handles 11lb to 33lb bags.
