Gillenkirch Bin Tippers

Description

A wide range of standard and custom bin tippers are made by Gillenkirch. Combined with bin discharging hopper conveyors they are complete systems for emptying bins, wooden boxes, and plastic containers. These systems can be stand-alone or combined with complete bin dumping and inspection lines.

The boxes are placed by a forklift into the frame. The electrically driven hopper rotates 270º. The flap opens at a present tipping point and the product empties into a padded pre-silo or constant-flow conveyor where it is metered into the plant as needed.
