Bevco’s Laners/Diverters distribute containers from single file into multiple lanes based on customer requirements. Laners are often placed in front of case packers.

Bevco’s Laners/ Diverters are controlled by either pneumatic or servo drives based on speed and distribution requirements; laners are programmed to easily adjust to production changes for optimum performance.

Pneumatic controls are common in many applications, due to their lower cost and ease of maintenance.  Servo technology allows high speed gate movement and exact product placement.

Types:

• Pneumatic control: 1-to-2 or 1-to-3 lanes
• Dual pneumatic control: 2-to-3, or 2-to-4 lanes
• Servo control: 1-to-2, 1-to-3, or 1-to-4 lanes
• High speed servo control: 1-to-4, 1-to-5, or 1-to-6 lanes
