Bevco Twist Rinser is designed to blow particles out of empty cans prior to filling. The Twist Rinser first inverts the empty cans 180° so the open end of the can is oriented downwards. Once upside down, the cans flow over a series of ionized air nozzles which blow particulates out of the cans. Then, the vacuum system pulls any loose debris out and away from the containers. When containers get to the lower portion of the Twist Rinser, they are reoriented 180° to an upright position and transition onto the filler infeed conveyor.
Our specially designed dynamic dead plate, which is attached to the twist rinser laneways and upper infeed conveyor allows you to change the product flow from one size of guide rail/laneway to another within ten seconds. It simply requires you to unlock the two hard stops, push the guide rail carriages to the new position and relock the hard stops.
