FEATURES

Feeder

– The suction plate ensures the precise introduction of all qualities of board– Features lateral joggers with optional blower and lateral rear sheet guides for precise sheet feeding– An optional electrostatic sheet cleaner elimiates dust at the sheet introduction

CUBE

– CUBE system controls all functions of the machine for a very precise and individual print register setting of each unit– Quick and easy setting of printing parameters– Printing length of each color can be adjusted for easier color-to-color and print-to-cut register

Sheet transport

– Sheets are transported by maintenance free driven rollers and vacuum air for high printing precision and quick running– Easy operation thanks to room between groups– The optional UV or hot air systems guarantee the drying of ink between colors, avoiding smudging

Inking

– Simple system with minimum ink in circulation for maximum cost saving– Inking with two rollers and movable reverse angle doctor blade allows adaptation of the volume of ink according to the quality of the substrate

Printing plate changing

– Centering system allows easy location and precise positioning of printing plates– Combination of two lockups for a fast and secure fixing of the plates– A movable carriage and a lifting device enable an Anilox roll changeover within a few minutes

Optional Sheet ejector

– Easy removal of one or more sheets to visually check quality
