ZHMY-2100 automatic die cutting and creasing machine is a special equipment which is applied to die cutting of high quality colored boxes and cartons.
The machine combines various advantages of similar products at home and abroad.
Uses high-strength grab bars and advantageous grip structure; It can be applicable to all kinds of carton board and corrugated board.
It is with feeder paper feeding system.
The front/back and side register mechanism ensures high die-cutting precision.
Other parts adopt high-precision intermittent mechanism, snap-acting air clutch, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and human-machine interface; the interface can display digital information of the machine, such as the working speed, the amount of paper processed and the total operating time.
It is easy to remove the problems according to the troubleshooting display.
The main host is controlled by inverter, stepless speed variation and smooth operation.
The machine has many sensors and safety devices to ensure the safety of the operator and the environment.
The front and rear pressure can be adjusted separately. It has hand lock, it is convenient to stop the machine and save labor, it can also do die cutting without gripping edge.
