Conquest®

The Conquest® is a continuous motion high-speed monoblock system able to fill, plug and cap at speeds up to 300 BPM**.

The servo-driven continuous motion technology offers complete synchronization between the filling station and the integrated plugging and capping turrets, allowing for the manipulation of complex components and applications while maintaining a high level of precision, quality and control.

The bottles are accurately filled with servo-driven volumetric pistons designed to handle liquid, semi-viscous and viscous products. Depending on the application, different filling technologies can be used to facilitate changeovers and meet different project requirements.
