The Capmatic® LabelStar® System 1 Twin is designed for non-stop high-speed labeling of round bottles up to 300 BPM**. Using two labeling heads, the heavy-duty System 1 Twin is used to apply one wrap-around label up to 150 mm in height.
With its state-of-the-art sensors and electronic controls, the System 1 Twin maximizes productivity by switching seamlessly from one label system to another. This allows for continuous labeling of containers while the operator reloads the empty reel.
