A Division of excellence 

Divisions are the simplest way to provide cushioning when transporting bottles, glassware, ceramics and other delicate items. They are a great way of minimising damages and breakages, allowing your products to arrive in pristine condition. 

Assembled corrugated and solid board divisions are a core product in the Caps Cases portfolio, and we among the largest producers of divisions in the UK. We have division manufacturing facilities at Newmarket in Suffolk, and Glasgow.

As a specialist manufacturer of partition sets, both in corrugated and solid board materials we have invested in the latest cutting and assembly equipment to ensure we are able to offer manufacture a huge range of sizes quickly and efficiently. Having started out in 1982 by offering divisions to the corrugated sector we have almost 40 years of experience in house. It remains our firm belief that as a cost effective easy to use way of transporting glass there is no more sustainable method than a correctly sized Division set.

Technical Information

With division manufacturing sites in Suffolk and Glasgow we have the capability to fulfil large orders of single and double walled standard 4, 6, 12, and 24 section configurations, as well as bespoke sizes and styles upon request. Buffer-ends can be added for extra protections and special cell configurations are also available on request.

Solid Board Dividers

Solid Board Partitions offer a cost effective way of separating bottles within a pack, they are an excellent way of saving space and very popular within the spirits industry.

We can manufacture partitions in either 700 micron or 900 micron unlined grey chip board.
