Micro-flute corrugated is readily available in the UK and can provide a sustainable, economical alternative to more traditional paper overboard gifting solutions.

Our offering

We can provide stand out gift packaging in small volumes utilising our digital printing and cutting technology or in higher volumes via our High quality flexo presses. Our experienced team of designers are able to offer bespoke structural and graphic designs and can take a concept and turn it into a fit for purpose pack quickly and efficiently.

Fulfilment

In terms of delivery, we can send clients flat-packed packaging or pre-assembled units ready to load with product, in some cases we are able to offer a pre-filling straight to shelf service – truly a one stop solution for you gift packaging project.

Technical Information 

Our gift packaging is made from fluted corrugated cardboard, we use a range of materials, from micro-flute which is 0.7mm thick up to BC flute which calipers at 8mm. We will help you select the correct solution. Our CAD software/cutting equipment allows us to provide prototypes quickly, accurately replicating final production.
