Our range of rotary Rinsing Machines are suitable for cleaning of rigid containers (PET, HDPE, Glass) before the Filling Operation. The Rinsing machine can provide single or multiple treatments which is product specific and according to customer needs. depending on the type of application, the rinsing machines are provided with multiple options such as penetrating nozzles, no bottle-no spray systems and management of injection times that helps to obtain more effective treatment on all types of containers, whether they are glass or plastic materials, either shaped or uniform.

This range of machine is available as a free-standing version or a Rinsing Turret version that is integrated with Clearpack Range of Filling Monobloc/Tribloc Machines.

Features

• Machine execution possible with Single or Multiple Treatments.
• Treatments available are sterile or deionized air, vacuum suction, microfiltered water with normal / high temperatures, steam treatment or treatment with chemical solutions. 
• Depending on the neck profile, Option to have neck handling or base handling execution for the machine.
• Parts in contact with product are made of SS316 for liquid treatments.
• No dead areas for product stagnation.
• Monobloc & Tribloc Option available with Netfill Rotary machines.
• No bottle no Rinse Option available.
