SA-V

The SA-V has been designed and built to be the most versatile, technologically advanced and easy to approach high performance line for pre-made pouches by the end user, capable of producing a wide range of high quality products.

The SA-V is offered in four sealing widths ( 650 mm, 950 mm, 1250 mm and 1550 mm ) to produce the following pouches (depending on the configuration):

• 2 welds, one or two independent tracks, with and without zipper
• 3 seals, starting from a reel of folded film, one or more tracks, with and without zipper
• 3 welds, starting from two independent reels, one or more tracks, with and without zipper (max. 2 tracks with zipper)
• Stand-up / Doypack® with folded bottom, from single reel, one or two tracks, with and without zipper
• Stand-up / Doypack® with folded bottom, from two independent reels, two independent tracks, with and without zipper
• Doypack® with inserted bottom, one or multiple tracks, with and without zipper
• Side Gusset
• Side Gusset with inserted bellows, one track
• Center Seal

The machine is able to process all mono and co-extruded films based on PP or PE, both neutral and printed, offering maximum performance and high reliability of the welds.

A wide range of accessories is available (valve applicator, slider applicator, easy-open punch, etc.) in order to meet the needs of customers and the various product sectors.
