SA-V TVB

The SA-V / TVB uses a very advanced technology, with the specific intent of reducing and facilitating the changeover times between the various types of envelopes.

The SA-V / TVB is equipped with Siemens components and entirely controlled by an HMI based on Profinet ® technology , one of the most advanced communication protocols: it controls independently and in real time each of the stations / accessories installed. Each station is independent, servo motorized and plug & play and this allows the machine to offer customized solutions, according to the different production needs; the machine configuration can be updated at any time to meet new and unpredictable market demands.

ELBA is always attentive to customer needs and, since energy costs are important variables for all manufacturers, the SA-V / TVB has been built with components that allow for the recovery of kinetic energy.
