This cap is the outcome of 25 years of production and research of Messrs Taiwan THC an International Producer / Supplier of CSD Caps for the Beverage Companies. The Particular shape and structure of this 28mm acp gives highest resistance to tempering and shock treatment. It is produced on the most modern plant from SACMI - IMOLA Italy in Compression Moulding Technology. This Closure consist of a pre-threaded shell with an in-shell moulded liner, the most efficient and reliable.

TEMPER BAND (Verticle / Drop Type)

The temper evident band is cut along a profile depending on the design and raw material. We produce caps with vertical and horizontal ( Drop ) axis slitting of temper evident band. So, we can supply both type of score i.e sealing band remains with the cap or drop on the neck of bottle.

QUALITY

Each cap produced is controlled individually through integrated Quality control system. These system are installed on all. The machines producing shell or moulding liner in the shell. An intensive inspection and quality tests are performed to moniter the production at all stages. The plant laboratory to test requirment of international companies.

DECORATION

The shell can be made from any desired base colour by customer and our Latest printing machine from messrs. tampo Print - Germany can top print any cap with 3 colour design. After Printing, cap are electronically counted and packed in corrugated cartons with poly - ethylene lining bag.
