ALstep

ERDA has been collaborating with ALTECH, Italy's leading manufacturer of self-adhesive labeling machines since 1996. High technology labeling modules of ALTECH are used in all machines manufactured in Turkey. With Sanyo stepper motor ALstep labeling modules, 30 meters/minute (300 labels/minute) speed and excellent labeling sensitivity are achieved. Transparent label microswitch, label roll end warning device, vacuum/air blown applicator, coding unit for printing information such as production date/serial number, speed adjustment with encoder, optional extra attachments that can be adapted to labeling modules.

ALstep is a compact and low-cost label applicator group for self-adhesive labels and can be easily integrated into existing production lines with a label sensitivity tolerance of +/- 1mm. With the speed of 18 meters/minute and 100mm label width of ALstep series, ALstep-E model offers an economical solution for low-capacity lines. ALstep-S, on the other hand, is the ideal low-cost option for performance lines with its 30 meters/minute speed and 100mm label width. ALstep-M addresses wider application areas with 200mm label width and 20 meters/minute speed.
