Bottle Conveyors Machine

Almost 2000 bottles can be collected in its range in case of production standby on the line. All the collected bottles will automatically supplied to the line when the production is carried out again.

Advantages:

• When compared to single-lane bottle conveyors, it has a space-saving design which provides the accumulation within 10 meters instead of 100 meters.

• When compared to multi-lane bottle conveyors, there is no need for a lane reducer design. Requires less motors, gearboxes, wheel, pulley.

• Amount of the reserved bottles can easily be varied by moving the seperators on the top of the conveyors.

• Collection speed is adjustable by frequency inverters.

• Complete whole AISI 304 quality stainless steel body provides extra strength for excessive weight of reserved bottles.
