Missing bottles or products are detected by this inspector system by weighing digital load cells. The defect cases are rejected by a piston to another conveyor automatically.
Weight values of carton cases and shrinked packages are measured on their way with load cells. If a missing item in a case or package is detected, that defect one will be rejected away by piston.
