Aesthetically and ergonomically designed intermittent rotary indexing type fill and seal machines with stations for cup dispensing, primary & secondary filling, lid placement, lid sealing, over capping and unloading to exit conveyor. Rotary fill and seal machines are available in 1 cup, 2 cup and 3 cup configuration. The globoid cam indexer is used for precision 8 station indexing with safety clutch. Dosing systems for solids also available.

  • Easy cup size change over using size parts.
  • Dry cycling speed up to 35 cycles per minute and cycling speeds up to 30 cycles per minute depending upon the machine configuration, cup volume and product characteristics.
  • Excellent spillage control using precise indexing speeds and cup lift to minimize product drop height.
  • Excellent product fill accuracy with servo piston filler. Tendency control can be added using on line checkweigher.
  • Precise system to avoid lid shifting while indexing.
  • Heat sealing unit is replaceable in hot condition. Self-aligning system for uniform seal pressure and PID control for precise sealing temperature.
