Advanced recycling PET bottle system

Heket’s Advanced Recycling System integrates a standard Increased Recycling Bottle with a cutting-edge Reverse Vending Machine to optimize both storage and recovery. The bottle is horizontally pressed during the storage phase according to a precise criterion, drastically reducing volume. Through ultrasonic welding, it remains permanently compacted, cutting transport costs significantly. The RVM applies advanced identification and sorting technologies to channel the compacted bottles directly to automated lines, where the seal cap and label are separated. This process ensures high-quality recovery of secondary raw materials, delivering greater recycling efficiency fully aligned with European recycling standards.
