Cross-brand reusable PET bottle

Heket’s Cross-brand reusable PET bottle is designed to ensure interoperability across brands and beverage categories, enabling pooled reuse systems instead of isolated brand loops. The HDPE protective cover shields the bottle from impacts, scratches, and UV degradation, extending its lifespan up to 25 reuse cycles. Labeling is applied through ink, and relevant information such as expiration date is updated after each reuse cycle. Fully digitally traceable through QR code identification, it combines hygiene, durability, and cost efficiency. The PET bottle and HDPE cover are easily separable and fully recyclable at the end of their lifecycle. Fully compliant with the EU’s PPWR beverage reuse target, the system can achieve up to 15% cost savings per unit compared to single-use packaging and 90% less plastic consumption under optimal operating conditions.
