POT FILLERS - FILL SEAL

The Fill Seal line which is essentially what we call Pot Fillers includes a wide range of models both In-Line and Rotary that we manufacture where a pot is denested, filled and then sealed.

The machines can pack a wide range of products using different preformed trays/pots (PS, PP, APET, CPET, Aluminium, laminated cardboard). The tray/pot can be sealed by means of either a lid, or with film. The Film application version can be operated in seal only, vacuum and vacuum/gas modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).

Some examples of items packaged on these machines are: Yogurt, Dessert, Spread, Jam, Cream, Soup, Pet Food, Liquid, Dressing, Sauce, Baby Food, Jelly, Juice, Butter and many more.

Fill Seal In-line machines are fully automatic in-line fillers/sealers and are configured and built to work on several lanes (min. 2/max. 8/10) depending on the size of the container/pot and the production capacity required.

In addition to the In-Line FS models, Ilpra offers a complete range of Rotary Pot Fillers. These are Fill Seal machines which are able to satisfy medium to high production capacities (from 30 pots per minute – 120 pots per minute) using rotary tables.

Fill Seal models are extremely reliable, using accurate precision in depositing (tronicdosers adjustable via panel), fast in the working cycle, compact footprint and very versatile. Each machine can be completely customized according to the customer’s requests.
