Polaris PD linear filling machine

The Polaris PD linear filling machine is designed for automatic filling of the bottles and jars with dense liquid products (such as creams, gels, mayonnaise, jam and other pasty food, cosmetics and chemical products). The products can contain solid items (fruits, nuts etc.), because the rotary valve made of stainless steel is used. The machine is adopted for hot filling as well.

The filling system is volumetric. In accordance with the required output the machine can be equipped with 4, 6, 12, 14, 16 filling cylinders.

The volume is easily adjustable, using a central hand-wheel. The machine can be equipped with filling cylinders of various volumes in accordance with the required volume. For filling larger volumes a multiple dose can be set.

The machine can be equipped with pneumatic system for closing the nozzles and the system of "bottom-up filling" (rise while fill nozzles), which protects the filled liquid against foaming.

An overhead product hopper is included and can be equipped with stirrer. It can contain double walls (double jacket hopper) for the possibility of heating the hopper.

The machine is adopted for perfect cleaning (triclover connections, shower balls, automatic cleaning cycle). For cleaning, hot water as well as cleaning agents can be used.

An automatic volume adjustment by means of servomotor and LCD display can be added as an option.
