Description

• RAL 9010 painted main frame.
• Bottom reel holder 500 mm wide maximum.
• Cantilever reel shaft holder for reel 500 mm wide.
• Universal forming tunnel with manual width adjustment.
• Intermittent cross sealing unit with sealing jaws 250 mm wide and sealing wire-cut, by means of a special jaw, electrically heated, controlled by PLC.
• Cross sealing unit position adjustable by hand wheels.
• Longitudinal sealing unit with hot-air with sealing function and with film drawing.
• Safety guards in plastic material with safety switches.
• Conveyor belt under the sealing wheels for products feeding until sealing jaw.
• Outfeed belt 900 mm long.
• N. 2 servomotors for following movements:
- film feeding (wheels sealing unit) and belt under the wheels;
- product’s transport and feeding belt.
• N. 1 asynchronous motors for following movements:
