Foils - a fine coat, a wide range of protection

Films are one of the most diverse forms of packaging regardless of the industry - and a key product in intelligent, cost-effective packaging processes. Their functionalities and possible uses are continuously expanding. Special manufacturing processes give them specific properties in terms of density, temperature resistance, barrier, adhesion and transparency. As a result, films offer a great deal of leeway for individual and efficient packaging design.

Fleece and Fleece Guard ® - effective and flexible security

Nonwovens are fibers that are joined together to form a pile without being crossed or entangled. One of the main properties of nonwovens is their soft surface.Knüppel Verpackung owns the FleeceGuard® brand. The surface protection produced under this brand name combines, among other things, a soft polypropylene fleece on the inside with an abrasion-resistant, dust- and waterproof barrier layer on the outside.Packaging made of FleeceGuard® protects all sensitive surfaces from damage such as scratches or chafing as well as from dirt during transport - and that applies to objects of all sizes. Packaging made of FleeceGuard® is developed in our own packaging development department as two or three-dimensional form-fitting covers or hoods using the sewing or ultrasonic welding process with various accessories such as zips and Velcro fasteners, windows, flaps, etc., and manufactured in-house.  

Foam - variable, cushioning, multifunctional

When it comes to effectively dampening vibrations within the packaging, foam products quickly come into play. Whether wavy, self-adhesive, with an antistatic effect or combined with other laminated materials: The options for secure storage in the transport packaging provided by fixing and padding with foam are diverse - and often very material-saving through selective use.
