The SIAT SM48 is the right semi-automatic case sealer for the packaging process of large and king size boxes.

The SIAT SM48 is a semi-automatic sealing machine with random adjustment, suitable for king size carton boxes.
Thanks to the side drive belts and the K12R taping unit, the SM48 ensures perfect box control, while always guaranteeing reliable sealing.
The sturdy and rigid dual-mast A frame guarantees the right process avoiding vibrations even with king size cases.
On the SM48 version the rest position of the top taping unit is at the bottom: the boxes are fed manually by an operator. On the SM481 version the rest position of the top taping unit is at the top: the machine is able to process cartons with partially folded flaps.
The SM48 is designed according to the Machinery Directive indications: it is equipped with an emergency push button and metal grid safety fences.
