Laboratory press

Laboratory press

Meyer's laboratory presses enable you to develop new products. The highest pressures of up to 200 N / cm 2 and temperatures of up to 400 ° C are available to you. Plane parallelism of the heating plates and precise closing of the presses also solve complex tasks when processing modern composites. The modular concept of the laboratory press provides that the presses can be modified as required as heating presses or molding presses. Compact transport systems take over the transfer of the sometimes hot material to the next press. In this way we can offer the optimal solution even on a small scale.

Functionality

Time- or path-controlled closing and opening of the press can be used to influence the shape and function of the component in a targeted manner. The individual parameters can be entered variably as a manipulated variable in the control system and saved if the product development is successful. These results can be transferred to large press systems, which ensures maximum reproducibility. The safety of the operating personnel is ensured with the two-hand start or a safety light curtain. The presses can be designed flexibly as heating, temperature control or cooling presses. The functionality of all of our large presses can be reproduced on a laboratory scale. For this purpose, we have machines for thermoforming, thermal embossing, thermal consolidation and thermal transfer in our test center.

Particularities

Meyer's laboratory presses are characterized by their low energy consumption. Due to their compact design, they require little space and can therefore be used very flexibly. Our laboratory presses are economically attractive due to their low acquisition costs.
