In addition to various performance areas, the Meypack modular system also offers numerous additional modules that you can operate easily and efficiently within a central control system.
The Meypack palletizers of the PK series are layer palletizers for palletizing secondary packaging such as cardboard boxes, trays, shrink packs or boxes. The depalletizers of the DL series are designed for depalletizing empty jars and empty cans in layers. Due to the compact modular design of the PK & DL series, they are available in a wide variety of designs, depending on customer requirements.
In cooperation with our long-term suppliers, Meypack offers you a complete solution for your palletizing line including conveyor technology, pallet stretchers and pallet labellers.

Conveyor technology
In addition to the palletizer and depalletizer, Meypack offers you the adjacent product conveyor technology.
In detail, elements such as damming areas, labeling areas, discharge systems and, if necessary, height conveyors are used in palletizing technology.Separation and turning systems are standard for depalletizing, but mass flow conveyors are also increasingly being planned.
We are also happy to integrate your on-site conveyor technology into the Meypack control system to ensure that production runs smoothly.
Turning router
When turning the product, the innovative Meypack turning router is increasingly replacing the tried and tested turning knob.The turning router gives you the greatest possible flexibility in laying out the layout, along with a high level of efficiency.The advantages of the reversible router lie in the gentle processing of all product types. The turning router is also able to process trays with low edges.Due to the modularity of the system, the reversible router is an alternative to the reversible knob in the low and medium performance range. The router has already established and proven itself as the standard in the high performance range.
Layering
Meypack has been successfully using mat chains to synchronize the individual rows and layers for years. This enables us to create great flexibility in the design of layer patterns. There is no need to use additional stoppers.
Another advantage is the retrofitting of later layer patterns, which can easily be run in via the program.
Layer table
The Meypack layer table is divided in the middle and can move gaps inwards with its four-sided centering. This gives the pallets a flush finish on the outside.
Due to the consistent use of toothed belts and servomotors, the palletizers of the PK series are almost maintenance-free.
Intermediate layers
The handling of the intermediate layers and hoods are decisive criteria for the performance and installation of the palletizing technology for palletizers and depalletizers.
With the interlayer handling system, or ZL for short, Meypack has developed a module that gives up or removes the interlayers quickly, reliably and efficiently (depending on the task at hand).
The compact design is an advantage over other systems, especially in low hall sections.
Pallet transport
The associated pallet conveyor technology is also available from Meypack. Simple roller and chain conveyors as well as rotating and corner segments are part of the Meypack construction kit.
The pallet transfer car or the pallet gripper are also tried and tested modules for solving your tasks in a compact manner.
