CARTONERS
MG-Tech cartoners are fully integrated cartoning solutions (volume, filling and closing).
2 families of caseers are available depending on the method of filling the cases:
- vertical cartoning machines: filling the cases from above
- horizontal cartoning machines: filling the cases from the side
These machines provide packaging for all your products such as trays, jars, sachets, flasks, tubes, cans, etc.
Suitable for all types of cases, with hot melt gluing or retractable tab closure with or without locking, MG-Tech cartoners are perfectly suited for many activities: cosmetics, pharmacy and drugstore, dairy, cheese, pastries, groceries salty and sweet...
The strong point of MG-Tech cartoners is linked to the loading of products in the cases by robot, so the product flow is reduced to a simple conveyor on which quality control operations can be set up.
The number of robots for packaging the products is defined according to the desired rate, the equipment is therefore personalized according to the customer's needs.
Robust and modern in design, in steel construction or in stainless steel version, MG-Tech cartoners are designed with full height access doors at the front and rear for easy user access.
