CHAIN BAGS & ROLL BAGS

Filling: Due to the one-sided pre-opening , the chain bags can be opened and filled very easily manually or with a blast of air, as long as they are still hanging on the roll. Then the filled chain bag is separated from the roll along the tear-off perforation and welded shut . Cardboard disks attached to the side ensure that the chain bags unroll precisely and evenly from the roll. If desired, holes can be punched in the chain bag so that the air can escape when it is filled. The back of the bag can be colored so that the contents come into their own.

Areas of application: Pre-opened chain bags are always used where many small parts have to be packed quickly, e.g. in the automotive and toy industry, in the sanitary sector, in the metal, electrical and electronics industries as well as in chemical, pharmaceutical and medical technology.
