A combination of lightweight plastic inlet and cardboard wrap around sleeve, the Desto cup offers the advantages of both plastic and paperboard containers with a significant reduction of plastic content when compared to other formats. The materials can be separated for recycling.

Technical Specification

• Polypropylene inlet suitable for microwaving and freezing.
• Inlets provide a barrier to prevent leakages and a flat rim for heat sealing.
• Paperboard outer sleeve provides strength, decoration and insulation to protect against hot products.

Environmentally Friendly

• Packaging is 66% lighter compared with conventional injection moulded packs
• Pot and sleeve are easily separated for onward recycling
• Paperboard sleeve is made from renewable resources
