At Positive ID we can produce bespoke barcode labels as well as variable data labels including barcodes. We can also provide numbered or barcoded labels in many formats for you.Our printing options include:
- Large volume barcode labels using our MPS EB370 8 colour flexographic printing press
- We also produce medium runs up to 5,000 linear metres of variable data labels
- We can produce small runs of barcode labels or variable data labels using thermal printing technology

Barcode Labels – Materials, Adhesives and Print
We can manufacture your barcode labels and variable data labels on a range of materials such as paper (vellum), semi-gloss paper or plastics such as polypropylene. These are available in a range of adhesives including removable, permanent, freezer and high-tack. Barcodes can be printed in a range of colours, the most common barcode label and variable data label colours are black and white but a range of other highly contrasting colours are available. Variable data labels can include or exclude barcode symbols – whatever you need we will make for you.
Barcode labels and variable data labels can be produced using any of the common point of sale formats such as:
- EAN-13, EAN-8
- UPS-A, UPC-E and
- ISBN, ISMN, ISSM barcode label formats
- We can also produce barcode labels and variable data labels in a huge range of other symbologies
