Beer Bottle Labels

Our EFI Jetrion 4900 digital printing press is ideally suited to printing high-impact beer bottle labels for you. This press prints using industrial-scale bubble jet printing with ultraviolet cured inks. This means full-colour labels with no printing plates to pay for as used in conventional ‘flexo’ printing technology. This UV inkjet technology means we print your labels at over 20 metres per minute so press time is short, reducing the cost to you. The savings are passed on to you in our competitive prices.

Digital production includes a laser label cutting machine, in-line when we print your labels. Digital printing does not use mechanical cutters and we can cut virtually any shape you might care for! Feedstock goes on the machine and seconds later, full colour, cut and finished labels go onto rolls on the end of the machine, into a box and are dispatched immediately.

The digital press incorporates white ink so we can print on fully metallic material and produce beautiful foil-effect finishes adding prowess and allure to your beer labels. We can also use this white ink to print high-impact beer bottle labels on clear material giving you an affordable, printed on bottle appearance if that is what you want.

Flexographic beer bottle labels for high volume print runs

If you need several thousand bottle labels of a specific design, we produce your labels at the most competitive unit price we can use our state-of-the-art flexographic printing press. Flexographic printing requires printing plates and cutters. If we already have the cutter in our tooling, you do not need to pay a penny for it. Your printing plates carry a one-off tooling charge. Printing plate charges will be considered when we quote you for your labels so you will always be given the best price.

Flexographic printing can include up to 8 colours. Fully “CMYK” printing, spot colours, whites and foil or varnish finishes can be achieved by delivering breathtaking labels that will attract customers to your delicious beer!
