Twin Overhead Labelling System
The PLS Overhead labeller can automatically apply labels to the top of a large range of differing sized products.
The system accommodates various sizes of containers due to its adjustable side guides. These guides can be manually adjusted to cater for differing product widths.
The label applicator comes as standard with a cross-traverse adjuster for easy label placement.
A variable speed option with encoder feedback is available on request.
High-speed variable servo drive maximises throughput and will give accurate label registration. Throughput is dependant on pack sizes and line speed.
The machine is built predominantly in stainless steel. A fully stainless steel labelling system with an IP65 rating is available on request.
The system comes fitted with fully lockable castors and adjustable feet to cater for irregularities in the floor. It will readily fit into any production line and is flexible enough to move from line to line.
