AUTOMATIC IN-LINE FLOW WRAPPER

Teflon coated Hot Knife seal head.
Controlled by digital Servo Motors.
Designed to operate at speeds up to 74 packages per minute (12" length) on a continual basis.
Infeed and sealing conveyor are driven independently.
Standard Infeed is a flighted lug conveyor.
Custom in-feeds can be manufactured for long or unusual products.
Operation of the sealing head is independent of the carriage, allowing for constant sealing time rather than a percentage time of one cycle.
Automatic package height compensation on sealing head, which places the seal half the height of the package.
An operator interface panel is provided for input of user functions.
220V Single Phase 20 Amps 60 Hz.
All units are ESA approved by special inspection.
