Designed to meet the requirements of users who need multiple unit packaging.
Speeds up to 22 packages per minute.
Transfer between the infeed area and sealing area is accomplished by a pusher assembly.
Optional rear closing conveyor provides ability to handle small packages.
Infeed and sealing area sections are the same height, providing extremely smooth transfer.
Sealing jaws are easily raised or lowered to the required height.
Sealing jaws close in approximately the centre of package no matter what the product height is.
Upper and Lower film is supplied from surface unwind systems.
Constructed with tubular steel frame with sheet metal guards and panels.
Infeed, discharge, film unwinds are D.C. Permanent magnet.
110/208 Volts Single Phase, Three Wire 15 Amps 60 Hz.
All units are ESA approved by special inspection.
Max. air consumption of 3 CFM @ 75 PSI.
