SOLUTIONS

Polykote offer different types of materials for the cooking packaging:

- Mutilayer materials PET/water based glue/Kraft paper

- Multilayer materials SUSCEPTOR Film/water base glue/Kraft paper

These packaging materials are suitable for microwave or traditional oven.

SERVICES

Polykote offer the possibility to customize these materials by printing reverse plain colors on the paper Kraft side before lamination. Allover lamination up to 1600 mm.

According to the customer wishes and the product definition, Polykote offer a complete range of optical densities.

Polykote can laminate the films PET and Susceptor to Kraft Papers from 40 to 250 gsm.

KNOW-HOW

Using a Susceptor film allows a microwave cooking that keeps the crusty aspect of the food (pasta based food). Depending of the water, the fat content of the food, the specification of the final packaging and the time of cooking, a lower or a higher optical density is proposed.
