Significant Reduction in the Fine Dust Dispersed from the Handling and Processing of Dry Bulk Solids

Dust suppression systems are used to prevent, control. and remove airborne dust particles that are 1-10 microns in size. This type of dust is commonly found at belt conveyor transfer points, hoppers, crushers, vibratory screeners, trommel screens, truck dump stations, rail car dumps stations, and ship or barge loading or unloading locations. These are an alternative solution to a dust collection system, such as a baghouse. Low water volume means only the dust particle is wetted and not the material.
