 Trebnick is a supplier of Sato, Epson, Okidata, Zebra, and TSC brand label printers. There is a wide selection available for all of your custom printing needs.

We also sell the software and ribbons to work with any printer, including laser. Trebnick is a preferred supplier of NiceLabel software.

Time and Material Repairs

With 48-hour onsite response anywhere in the United States, or depot repairs with next business day turn times, per-incident time and material repairs are a great way to keep your customers' equipment up and running — without the commitment of a service contract.

Repairs for:

Thermal label printers including but not limited to Zebra, Sato, Datamax, Printronix, Intermec, Toshiba TEC, TSC, and PrintekAll hardware repairs! Are you having calibration issues? Are your labels skipping? Do you ever receive errors like a “sensor error?”Preventative Maintenance checks: Includes cleaning, adjustments, and getting the printer back up to manufacturer specs before a busy season or just if it has been a while since its last professional cleaning

Per-Incident repairs include:

• Travel and labor for onsite response
• Labor for depot repairs

Onsite time and materials repair offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on your equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly. Customers are charged hourly rates for travel and labor plus parts and freight, and repairs are done onsite.

Depot time and materials repair offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on your barcode printers and scanner equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly. Equipment is sent directly to one of our two depot repair facilities and is promptly diagnosed by our highly trained staff. An estimate for the printers repair is provided, and upon approval of the estimate, we will promptly make the repair, and ship back your equipment — usually within 48-hours.
