Wessex Packaging have been in the business since 1977. Our company has amassed a large number of 0427 (commonly referred to as pizza style) and 0421 type die cut carton tools. Our range of die cut cartons is approx. 150 different sizes which ensures a good choice to select from without having to pay any tooling charges. You can purchase your die cut cartons with or without foam fittings.

It is quite common to use these die cut cartons in conjunction with various grades and depths of profiled (dimpled or ‘egg carton’) style polyurethane foam. They can be manufactured with oyster, white or plain brown cardboard. Depending on your requirements you can purchase these in either flat packed form, therefore saving storage space, or ready assembled if they are being supplied for some sort of internal fitting or foam.

In addition, we can design and develop die cut cartons for many applications, sizes and in numerous FEFCO Styles.

Production Methods

We utilise a range of production methods in order to expand the amount of bespoke packaging styles we can offer. For example, we use Creasing and Slotting, Pressing, Welding and Gluing, Printing, Routing, and many other production methods, any of which can be used especially for the manufacturing and designing of your packaging.
