We are able to manufacture many styles of foam packaging from simple ENDCAPS to internal flight case fittings.
Foam packaging we offer
We stock various grades of polyurethane foams, which have a more spongey cushioning effect as well as various types of polyethylene foams such as:
- Stratocell
- Plastazote
- Jiffy foam
- Ethafoam
In addition we now stock Greencell biodegradable foam which is an alternative to conventional polyethylene foams. It can be used in a variety of ways and is also suitable for die cutting. It also very suitable for electronics packaging as it has natural anti-static qualities.
We are also able to manufacture foam packaging in Antistatic foam whether it be polyurethane or polyethylene. Similarly we also supply conductive foam materials.
Foam packaging offers excellent cushioning qualities and excellent protection as well as being able to be reused in a large number of cases. It is also important to know that foams such as Stratocell are returned to the manufacturer for recycling.
If it is foam sheet that you are looking for, we are the UK distributor for Neopolen polyethylene foams. They are manufactured by BASF in Germany.
