Established in 1972 Packit is a distributor of packaging materials and packaging machines. Packit’s success is due to its Customer Service and Continuity of Supply underpinned by an extensive packaging product range and large inventory. Packit’s Head Office is in Maitland, Cape Town and it has an fully fledged set-up in Johannesburg as well as agents throughout South Africa and Namibia.

Machines are imported from Europe and the East, and Packit is an appointed representative of Gruppo Fabbri based in Italy, and Hongzhan, one of the most reputable manufacturers of a wide range of machines from China.

Packaging Machines sales are backed up by technical support, with workshops in the main centres, and a large spares inventory. In other areas Packit works with selected free-lance technicians.
