ISOBARIC FILLING SYSTEMS

AVE-Technologies isobaric filling systems are mainly suitable for bottling carbonated drinks at low temperature or room temperature.

The systems can work with water and carbonated soft drinks, beer, cider, sparkling wines and with all types of containers: plastic bottles (PET, HDPE, etc.), glass and cans equipped with the most diverse types of corks. The bottling process through isobaric filling takes place by bringing the container and the dispenser into contact, creating an overpressure in the bottle capable of equalizing the pressure of the bell and managing the depressurization phase with extreme precision to avoid the formation of foam and leakage of liquids. However, the system can also be used with great efficiency for the bottling of still drinks, with different densities, with or without pulp.

The bell can withstand an operating pressure of 6 bar and is tested with a pressure of 9 bar.

If PET / PE / HDPE plastic bottles are handled, the machine can be equipped with the “Neck Holding” system.
