VACUUM FILLING SYSTEMS

The vacuum filling system is equipped with a pneumatic vacuum pump that creates a vacuum inside the container.

Filling can only take place after the depression phase. Once the filling level set in the container has been reached, the excess product is sent to a recovery tank and can subsequently be re-introduced into the process system before filling.

The bell is completely built in AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request), as are all the parts in contact with the product.
