It is a semi-automatic liquid filling machine that quickly fills nail polish, cream, adhesive, hobby paint and similar liquid and semi-liquid products by volumetric system. The empty packaging is fed under the nozzle by the operator. The cleaning process is quick and easy due to its design. The machine operates successfully in products where cleaning should be done in a short time, especially in the filling of cosmetics and stationery sectors’ products and color changes in nail polish and hobby paints.

• The low/high viscosity, aggressive, grained, liquid / semi-liquid products are successfully filled with different designs made up of different materials.
• It suctions the product from the storage tank through the hose connected to the filling head.  
• Its space-saving ergonomic vertical design, height-adjustable working bench and nozzle hang may operate with different sized packaging and benches with different heights. 
• As it operates with pressurized air, it may operate in flammable / explosive environments. 
• Table-top chassis is cladded by AISI material. 
• Settings for working with different packaging are made quickly and easily by use of minimum tools.
• Cleaning is performed in a short time by flushing the solvent, without the removal of any parts manufactured with high surface finishing quality.
• As a result of the standard support of spare parts from the stock, the machine operates long years without problem and service.
