Our company was founded by Nezir AYLA, 1945 graduate of the Engine & Arts Institute. After working as engine craftsman at the Mach Halfe Hamilton Company that instituted USA bases in Turkey between the years 1950-1955; as Quality Control and Final Test Chief at Çiftçiler Automative Company Volkswagen Van production between the years 1966-1969, he created the foundation for Güven Turning Machine/Nezir Ayla in 1970 at Şişli, Bomonti. In 1979 our company was incorporated as AYMAKSAN Ayla Machinery Industry LLC. and has been active since 1996 as an incorporation. Our company moved from Şişli to Topkapı Gümüşsuyu in 1994; and in early 2000 from Yukarı Dudullu İDOSB to our current location. Cemal AYLA, 1987 graduate of YTU Mechanical Engineering Faculty, has taken the role of General Manager. In addition to this duty, Cemal AYLA serves on the board of directors of professional non-governmental organizations such as ASD (Packaging Manufacturers Association), AMD (Packaging Mechanics Organization) and ASDF (Federation of Packaging Manufacturers Organizations).
Our company is also the founding partner of OSO (Common Purchasing Organization Inc.), founded under OAIB. Our company, which has produced in the past various machines for various sectors alongside packaging and process machines, has chosen to specialize since 1990 and based its production plan on packaging and process machines of similar background of sectors such as pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemicals, paper, cleaning products, stationary, paint, construction chemicals, petro chemistry, textiles and leather chemicals. By general description, our Company produces machines used in the feeding, cleansing, filling, capping and labeling operations of rigid packaging (plastic, metal, glass, etc.). Our company custom produces the packaging and process machines in our product program based on orders. Close to 50% of spare parts and components of the packaging machines designed with the notion of flexible use for various sectors which we serve are in stock at our Company. Our custom made, project based manufactured machines are built by a staff that works in design, automation, production and assembly departments and that have graduated from technical high schools, vocational schools of higher education and universities. Production using various manufacturing methods with and without sawdust, automation panels and PLC program software are also carried out within our constitution. We promote our machines with exhibition representations domestically and internationally. The exhibitions we have attended so far are Istanbul Eurasia Packaging Fairs, Paint and Chemicals Fairs, Food Processing & Packaging Fairs, Düsseldorf Interpack, Paris Salon de International Emballage Fairs and exhibitions organized by ITO / IGEME Exhibition organization companies. We have made our first semi-automatic filling machine export to a L’Oréal Cosmetics Lebanese supplier in 1992. Our machines that have been exported until the present day at different intervals continue operating in a total of 22 countries. Our clients include companies listed in ISO 1000 as well as Micro SMEs in industrial sites. Our company, which has been active in the machine manufacturing sector for long years, has managed to reach an average of 3.4 units per customer machine sale until early 2012, which is not easy to accomplish. This is one of the best indicators that proves the distinction of our Company and machines.
