With the Bekum insertion and robot technology, three-dimensional blown parts such as 3D filling pipes and air ducts can be produced economically and with virtually no waste. The same processes in the first and second stations ensure a high level of repetition accuracy. The layer thickness distribution is optimized with a 7-layer spiral distributor head. This processes the plastic material very precisely and minimizes the need for the cost-intensive EVOH barrier material. An essential feature for production flexibility is the simultaneous production of two different articles on each clamping unit.
