The output volume has been increased to up to 240 pcs / h increased by means of an external cooling section and punching station. Since no energy is required to maintain the closing pressure, an energy saving of up to 50% was achieved on the blow molding machine compared to classic hydraulic blow molding systems. The fully automatic adjustment to mold thickness reduces the set-up and manual adjustment times customary on the market.
