Daifuku's case picking robot transfers cases individually from stock pallets to shipping pallets. This makes it possible to easily prepare shipping pallets with multiple SKUs.

The robot is also equipped with a camera for image processing and a loading simulator to determine the best palletizing pattern.

The robot can handle up to 600 cases per hour, effectively replacing three workers and significantly reducing picking errors.
