Operation

The Lett Series consists of two types of machines: The semi-automatic (1) and the automatic (2).

The semi-automatic model is operated the crown by means of a pedal, but the cutting system is fully automatic. The wrapping process is simple and can be carried out by a single person.

The automatic model is equipped with power-driven conveyor belts, product-detection photocells, crown rotation and conveyor speed controller and an automatic cutting system.

Packaging Systems

Packaging with stretch film allows to stack the parcels well fixed and protected.

With minimal energy requirements, it is the most economical and flexible packaging system available. Also, the reel width is the same regardless of the pack dimensions.

Package

The Lett Series is used for the full or partial wrapping and strapping of all kinds of products: Furnitures, aluminium and wood profiles, wood, boards and sheets, pipes, beams, etc. Concluding, all type of package that needs protection and / or clamping to replace the strapping.
