Komplett Series - Automatic Packaging System

Automatic packaging machine that combines bubble film with stretch film to obtain the maximum protection with the minimum energy cost possible.

Operation

Komplett machines consist of a Bubble film application module with welding bar together with a stretch film application module with horizontal wrap.

The packaging process is performed in two phases:

• First, the pack is wrapped by a plastic sheet (Bubble or foam films) that covers the entire product. The film is then welded and cut forming a bag with the product inside.
• Second, the stretch film wraps around the bubble or foam film covered product to fix it tightly and protect it fully.
